Speaker Mr Shreedeep Rayamajhi, Founder Rayznews and Learn Internet Governance
Speaker Bio: Shreedeep is a journalist turned into a techno policy and communication researcher professional working in the field of youth leadership. He has been part and collborated with various international organization like Internet Society, CIMA, APSIG, APrIGF, IGF and many more organization. As an active At-Large member, he has contributed to the drafting of the At-Large communication and social media strategy. He has participated in the ATLAS III leadership program has been an active member in the APRALO community. He is one of the Founding Members of the ISOC Nepal Chapter, and is the founder of RAYZnews and Learn Internet Governance. Shreedeep is passionate about the Internet governance and has demonstrated success in multi stakeholder engagement, building relationships with communities, across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America to secure standardization in internet and affect policy change and disseminate research and evidence to key audiences. https://icannwiki.org/Shreedeep_Rayamajhi

Speaker Mr Raymond Selorm Mamattah, African Representative to the ALAC and Ghana SIG
Speaker Bio: Raymond Selorm Mamattah is a Ghanaian with over sixteen years of work experience across various sectors. He is the Founder and the President of E-Governance and Internet Governance Foundation for Africa (EGIGFA), Ghana School on Internet Governance (GhanaSIG) and Internet Governance Club. These NGOs operate from Accra, Ghana. He is also an avid volunteer; one of such was volunteering for the United Nations as a Researcher for the publication of the United Nations’ flagship E-Governance Survey report, which is published every two years. Raymond has passion for E-Governance, Internet Governance, E-learning, Research and he is also a technology enthusiast. Raymond holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Ghana), MSc in Information Security (LTU, Sweden) and MA in Adult Learning and Global Change (LiU, Sweden). Speaker Mr Aris Ignacio, Vice Chair APRALO Atlarge ICANN
Speaker Bio: Aris Ignacio is the Dean of the College of Information Technology at Southville International School and Colleges in the Philippines. He is an advocate for the youth being a major stakeholder group in Internet Governance discussions, and has facilitated the participation of university/college students in local, regional and global Internet governance events, particularly in Asia-Pacific. He also an advocate of improving digital literacy by helping underdeveloped schools through training and refurbishing old peripherals/hardware for donations. Aris is currently the Chair and Board Member and previously a Vice President of Development at ISOC Philippines Chapter, which is a member of the At-Large structure and Outreach working group in ICANN. He is a founding board member of the rejuvenation of the said chapter, past President, and Vice President for Development. He was a past ICANN fellow in several meetings and represented ISOC-PH in the events. Currently, Aris is a member of ALAC Outreach and Engagement Subcommittee working group at ICANN. He was a participant the 1st Asia Pacific School of Internet Governance (APSIG) and was selected as one of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) Ambassadors for 2017 which was held in Geneva, Switzerland. He is also a member of the Multi-stakeholder Steering Group (MSG) for the Asia Pacific Regional IGF. Aris has been a co-chair and currently a member of the APrIGF Fellowship team for 2017, 2018 and 2019.

DAY 4 Speaker Mr Jonathan Zuck, Chair At-large ICANN
Speaker Bio: Jonathan
Zuck is the Director of the Future of Work Project, at The Innovators
Network Foundation (INF), a-Washington, D.C.-based non-profit
research organization. He is the Vice Chair of ICANN's ALAC. He has
served as co-Chair of the At-Large Consolidated Policy Working Group
(CPWG) and been involved in ICANN policy development and
organizational reform since 2005. Dubbed "Metrics Man" by a
previous ICANN CEO, Jonathan is the only member of the ICANN
community to have a Board resolution named after him. Consequently,
Jonathan was chair of both the workgroup and implementation advisory
group for the metrics associated with the Affirmation of Commitments
mandated review of the New gTLD Program's contribution to competition
and consumer trust and choice. Finally, Jonathan served as Chair of
the Competition, Consumer Choice and Consumer Trust Review. Jonathan
was chair of the working group on Data and Metrics for Policy-Making.
Jonathan was the IPC's representative to the Cross Community Working
Group on ICANN Accountability.
